Slow. Steady. Strong. with Megan Fields @ Breezeway Yoga Studio

Megan’s yoga practice began with VHS tapes (remember those?) in the privacy of her home to pursuing the RYT 200hr certification through Asheville Yoga Center.  She is currently pursuing her RYT 500hr training through Kripalu and recently completed her 200hr meditation training through Sarah McLean Meditation Institute.  Passionate about the benefits of yoga and meditation she enjoys sharing this journey with all ages and experience levels.

Her personal practice includes a variety of styles such as restorative, yin, and ropes wall, but mostly vinyasa flow. Megan teaches Slow.Steady.Strong on Monday mornings at 9:30.

In Slow.Steady.Strong, she’ll invite slow, calming flows and inspiring poses to support you for the rest of the week. Variations will be offered for all, from beginner to more advanced.  Explore your personal edge, be kind and gentle to yourself along the way, and ultimately discover increased strength, flexibility, and resilience in both body and mind. In this class you will be introduced  to the teachings of yoga through physical movement, mediation, breath work and inspiration. Yoga 4 EveryBODY helps students stretch, learn, grow and be open to greater possibilities. Everyone at any level is welcome and encouraged to attend.

IMG_9143Cheri Pollack has been a student of yoga for almost 15 years. She believes that yoga can help everyBODY age more gracefully with ease, joy and lots of humor. Her practice has helped her find personal strength, stress relief and an inner knowing that “all is well.” Cheri loves to encourage others to let go of what doesn’t serve them and embrace their magnificence. Her classes are designed to compliment any lifestyle and ability level. They are geared to open student’s  to their true potential; physically, spiritually, and creatively. Cheri is a clay and mixed media artist. She teaches ‘Healing through Art Classes” at The Cancer Support Community. Cheri is happily married for over 25 years, mom to three sons who all attend the University of Tennessee and loves living in KnoxVegas! She received her professional yoga teacher training in Asheville at the Asheville Yoga Center in 2014.

Caroline is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner, Authorized Teacher of Eden Energy Medicine 101/102, and Reiki Master/Teacher. Caroline is passionate about her work and loves working in partnership with her clients and students to achieve greater health, vitality and well-being in all aspects of their lives. She believes that our bodies can naturally heal and wishes to help empower her students to get on the mat and experience the healing power of yoga, physically, mentally and spiritually.

Slow. Steady. Strong. with Megan Fields @ Breezeway Yoga Studio

Megan’s yoga practice began with VHS tapes (remember those?) in the privacy of her home to pursuing the RYT 200hr certification through Asheville Yoga Center.  She is currently pursuing her RYT 500hr training through Kripalu and recently completed her 200hr meditation training through Sarah McLean Meditation Institute.  Passionate about the benefits of yoga and meditation she enjoys sharing this journey with all ages and experience levels.

Her personal practice includes a variety of styles such as restorative, yin, and ropes wall, but mostly vinyasa flow. Megan teaches Slow.Steady.Strong on Monday mornings at 9:30.

In Slow.Steady.Strong, she’ll invite slow, calming flows and inspiring poses to support you for the rest of the week. Variations will be offered for all, from beginner to more advanced.  Explore your personal edge, be kind and gentle to yourself along the way, and ultimately discover increased strength, flexibility, and resilience in both body and mind. This class is about practicing yoga with purpose and cultivating mindfulness. If you breathe, you qualify. Appropriate for all levels.
