Deep rest is one of the most important elements needed for us to create lasting peace, happiness and healing. When the body is unable to rest long enough and with sufficient depth so that the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, the bodies natural healing capacity never gets ‘turned on’.

In this class, students will learn how to practice deep rest offering a more sustained internal peace than a good nights sleep or a massage. Through consistent practice the body will learn to respond more readily while reducing the constant busyness of the mind. This produces a lasting internally sourced experience of peace, happiness and freedom while nourishing the body’s ability to heal itself.

The aim of her work is to support others in establishing a practice in which they are their own teachers. To learn more about The Process go to https://www.patreon.com/themeaningmakermovement to access a new teaching every week, free of charge.
