JD has practiced yoga since 1998.  He has lived internationally in Australia and China and experienced several different styles of yoga during the 12+ years that he lived outside of the US. JD recently finished his Yoga teacher training and received his RYT certification in September of 2017.

His teacher training was focused on breath centered yoga, and also included meditative study and practice to further develop skills in the delivery of effective yoga instruction. Jesse Williams, RYT200

Jesse teaches a breath centric yoga class that focuses on re-balancing the body. He uses dynamic (moving) yoga poses to help the body regain symmetry.

As Jesse went through his yoga training he became passionate about how breath and movement work together to bring harmony and healing to the body. He continues to study the Viniyoga teachings handed down from Krishnamacharya through his son Desikachar and to Gary Kraftsow and other teachers. Jesse is happy to work in class and individually to allow students to fully experience the transformational aspects of yoga.
