This class invites you to “find what feels good” and is appropriate for all levels. We will mindfully move through a series of standing and floor poses as we focus on the breath, reducing stress and tension in the body, and cultivating flexibility, balance, and strength in the body and mind.
Mary June believes in the ability of yoga to align mind, body, and spirit; relieve stress; improve overall health; and promote a sense of balance both on and off the mat, and she loves sharing the gift of yoga with others. She is also a self-taught chef, amateur herbalist, and holistic wellness expert who has practiced yoga for over a decade, and truly understands its benefits and healing power.
