Hilary received her 200-RYT training certification in June 2017, and she has been honing her teaching skills ever since. Certified by Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja California, Mexico, Hilary also recently moved from Nashville to Knoxville. Hilary has worked for several years to promote food access at farmers markets and is now changing gears to focus on teaching yoga and writing grants as a freelancer. Despite her many passions, none are as central to her well being as yoga. Yoga allows Hilary to calm her mind and settle into her body on a regular basis, which has helped her remain present and positive in an ever-complicated world.
Originally from California, Hilary loves living close to the mountains and goes hiking whenever she can. She hopes to spend 2018 working on various creative projects and deepening her yoga practice. When she’s not doing yoga, you can usually find Hilary walking her dog around the Old City with her fiancé, Kenny, or serving you delicious food at OliBea. She loves her new yoga community here in Knoxville and would love to get to know you, too!
