In this 2-hour workshop, participants will be led through a restorative yoga practice using props to support the body so that the poses can be held for 10-15 minutes. Hands-on assists will be used to deepen the relaxation response activating the parasympathetic nervous system so that lasting release & restoration to be experienced. No experience necessary, limit 12 students.
