Slow Flow incorporates intentional vinyasa flow and isometric holds to build both physical and mental strength. Pranayama will help lead the way into a moving meditation.
Emily Hildreth RYT received her yoga teaching certificate from The Glowing Body in 2011. Her journey with yoga originated when she sought out a way to mitigate her intense anxiety and depression following her MS diagnosis in 2006. Through practice, gratitude and a personal transformation she has found equanimity and peace through yoga.
Emily has a passion for bringing mindful, self-awareness to her clients so that they may truly feel the power of yoga.
