An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Tuesday, happening 24 times

- $10 – $15

Strength & Tone Class – This class includes strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, and flexibility. It is geared toward folks 50-80 who want to move better and with less pain and strengthen their muscles and bones.


Kathleen Bullock, C.P.T., Cancer Exercise Specialist, Brain Health Trainer, Health Coach. Kathleen is passionate about helping people transform their lives and giving hope to the hopeless by providing strategies and movements to help people move with vitality, regardless of age. Her passion is meeting people where they are, real people with real life pursuing their goals in preventing disease and fighting it, and pursuing a good quality of life.

Personal Training 1-on-1 or Small Group Training – Kathleen is a certified personal trainer with special training in Cancer Recovery and Senior Fitness.
