Join us for an inspirational, high vibrational gathering and learn about the beauty and benefits of chanting Mantras and singing Kirtan have on your body, mind and soul. Chanting or repeated sacred sounds repeatedly is known to reduce stress and anxiety while balancing the nervous system and overall mood while boosting the immune system.
Kirtan, or call and response chanting, is a set of words, mantras and phrases that are repeated. It comes from the school of Bhakti Yoga, or Devotional Yoga, and feeds our need for connection while we share breath, sound and vibration.
