YinYasa is a fusion of yin and slow flow. This is a great way to start your middle of the week morning routine. The slow vinyasa flow helps to feed blood and warmth into the muscles and joints getting them ready for the long help stretches of yin.
Emily Hildreth RYT received her yoga teaching certificate from The Glowing Body in 2011. Her journey with yoga originated when she sought out a way to mitigate her intense anxiety and depression following her MS diagnosis in 2006. Through practice, gratitude and a personal transformation she has found equanimity and peace through yoga.
Emily has a passion for bringing mindful, self-awareness to her clients so that they may truly feel the power of yoga.
