Moving Meditation
Grounded in the Ashtanga tradition of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga focuses on flowing from pose to pose while synchronizing breath with movement. It’s an aerobic workout with emphasis on core strength, breath control and flexibility. Laura’s 90-minute class is instructor-demo style, which means she leads the practice from her mat, so students can follow her sequencing visually while listening to verbal cues. It’s a moving meditation for self-motivated practitioners who don’t need a lot of hands-on instruction.

Laura Mansfield, AAAI/ISMA
Laura has practiced yoga from the past 15+ years, studying under Philip Clift at Glowing Body and now Renegade Yoga. She’s AAAI/ISMA certified and leads a 90-minute Vinyasa Flow class at Breezeway Yoga on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. A public relations professional by day, Laura is a published author as well as a passionate power yoga practitioner.
