Power Flow — In this class, students, will increase strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind through breathwork and mind body connection.
Yinyasa — This class is a hybrid of yang (active yoga) with yin (passive yoga). Starting with yang and finishing with yin. It is structured to create mindfulness, flexibility and to remove blockages to internal energy flow.

Ashly’s passion for yoga and meditation began in 2011 after working as a home health nurse for children with special needs. Her extremely strenuous job, a back injury, and a friend’s recommendation prompted her first yoga class. She immediately fell in love with yoga and meditation, recently completing her RYT-200 at The Glowing Body. She has a passion for helping others connect their mind and body, while practicing techniques to disconnect from their everyday lives. Ashly is certified in Mat Pilates and continues her study of yoga and its practices, to share with others. One of Ashly’s favorite quotes that she brings into her own practice…
