Our sister studio, Balanced You Studios at 6712 Kingston Pike, offers even more opportunities for yoga and pilates classes as well as therapeutic massage provided by licensed massage therapists.

Balanced You Studios offers a variety of body wellness beyond our yoga classes. If you are seeking personal instruction in meditation,  radical self care, physical improvement in movement or massage, we hope you’ll visit our site and connect with one of our instructors and therapists.

You can choose from pilates classes, flow yoga, gentle yoga, iyengar, and yoga basics as well as others! We add classes frequently so check our calendar and ask to be added to the mailing list.

Rebekah Knause, L.Ac., LMT, RYT

Rebekah Knause is now a licensed acupuncturist. She recently graduated from Jung Tao School of Chinese Medicine and will begin offering acupuncture appointments at Balanced You Studios on at 6712 Kingston Pike in Bearden.

Rebekah has been certified in Deep Tissue massage, gait training and postural evaluation, Frozen Shoulder Syndrome Treatment, Headache Release, sports massage and reflexology. She is also a registered yoga instructor, in 2010, she attended the 200 hour yoga teacher training approved by Yoga Alliance at The Glowing Body studio in Knoxville.

Rebekah’s massage specialty is Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. It is a technique using the feet to apply pressure and massage instead of the hands. It is phenomenal – you have to experience it to understand the incredible benefits and enjoy the results. She has been practicing this modality for 5 years and most clients receive that style primarily.

Megan Roach, LMT

Megan Roach attended the Appalachian Training Center for Healing Arts where she graduated in 2013. Her first experience with massage was at a young age, and then at 15 received energy work for the first time. After that she knew she wanted to be able to share this healing work with others. She has studied healing touch and biodynamic craniosacral therapy, which she practices along with therapeutic bodywork, swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal massage.

Elena Caicedo, LMT

Elena Caicedo has always been attracted to the idea of helping people. After moving to Denver, she discovered a passion for health and wellness, which lead her to massage therapy. She attended and graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy where she also worked as an anatomy tutor. While in school she was trained in Swedish Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Body Work and Sports Massage.  She has since attended seminars in Hot Stone massage and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release. Her goal is always to use her unique training to relieve tension and help people develop a  more positive connection with their physical body.

Her modalities include: Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage.

Natalie Stiles Mabe

Natalie graduated from the Center of Rehabilitative Education in March of 2006 and has been with Hosenfeld Chiropractic since April of 2006. She is Certified NCTM and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and Tennessee Chiropractic Association (TCA). Her education focused on myofacial deep tissue work and sports massage. She enjoys working with people through all walks of life, and her main passion is educating her clients in helping their own bodies between each massage.

Meditation, group and private yoga lessons with Patty Dougherty — Patty’s specialties include Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Patty’s goal is to help open the body and find space to breathe and to move – enabling the opportunity for radiant physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
