Jennie’s classes are always appropriate for all levels of practitioner. She believes in a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, appreciated, and capable.

Jennie first discovered a small yoga studio in her hometown of Hoboken New Jersey in 1993, and you could say it was love at first downward facing dog. Over the following 25+ years, she has continued to explore various styles of yoga and practiced with teachers around the world. She is passionate about animals, health and nutrition, and loves working with people to encourage a happier, healthier lifestyle. 

One-on-one and small group yoga sessions outside a studio setting is Jennie’s specialty. Whether it be a personal yoga session in your home, at the office, or another private location, there truly is no other way she’d rather spend her time.

Jennie teaches Yoga for You on Sundays at 10:00am and Slow. Steady. Strong. on Mondays at 9:30am at Breezeway. She is registered with Yoga Alliance, certified in AED/CPR, and insured through Alliant.

Options offered for all levels of practitioner, from beginner to the more advanced. Explore your inner warrior, work to your own personal edge, be kind and gentle to yourself along the way, and ultimately discover increased strength, flexibility and resilience in both body and mind. This class is all about being true to yourself, practicing yoga with purpose, taking time through transitions, and cultivating mindfulness. If you breathe, you qualify.

Private & Small Group Sessions available in your home, office, or choice of location. Jennie also teaches private yoga instruction at our sister studio —Balanced You Studios on Bearden Hill. She offers a variety of styles of yoga including Gentle, Yin, Vinyasa, Power, and Ashtanga.
