Yoga for Gentle Grounding with Rachel Golden, RYT-200

Rachel’s class offers a gentle combination of yoga poses, stretching, conscious breathing, and intervals of relaxation and reflection, with emphasis on seated and reclined poses, offering us the opportunity to connect with the earth and feel rooted in our bodies. Supported by the ground and within ourselves, we will cultivate calmness, while continuing to build strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for all practitioners, new and experienced, including those with somewhat reduced mobility.

In this group class, Shannon will guide you into a state of deep meditation and relaxation using transformational breathwork. Your journey will end with crystal singing bowls to help further embody your transformation and healing, followed by guided meditation for self-compassion and love. It is perfect for beginners, as well as for anyone with experience.

Restorative yoga poses are designed to relieve tension, stress, and anxiety and restore your physical and emotional well-being while also providing a gentle stretch and release in the muscles and tissues. By combining these completely prop-supported, soothing poses and the healing practice of Reiki, this 90-minute session will relax, refresh, and renew you in body, mind, and soul. No prior yoga experience is required to attend…total beginners are welcome! 
 
This evening will be led by Mary June Thompson, who is certified in both Yoga and Reiki. Cost is $30. Registration ends on Thursday, June 6 and space is limited so that each participant may receive individual Reiki.

Songbird Sound Healing and Breezeway Yoga are hosting a collaborative meditative experience. Come join in, relax, and be guided to a renewed spirit. 

This 60-minute session will lead you through a soothing sound healing journey. Set your intention, close your eyes, and be carried by the healing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystals, gongs, vocals, drums, and more. The use of these instruments may deepen your meditation and open the pathway to healing.  To fully embrace this experience, please allow some extra time to get settled in before the Sound Immersion begins.

Lay down, relax, and unwind while your chakras are energetically aligned. Come join us for a color therapy sound bath that gives focus to each chakra while also enjoying the relaxing sounds of nature. To finish the class, each attendee will receive a tuning fork cleansing focusing on the heart chakra.

We’ll also address common obstacles that may arise when it comes to trusting yourself (overthinking, self-doubt, fear of making mistakes) and explore practical strategies to overcome these hurdles and tap into your intuition consistently and with greater ease. From mindfulness exercises to journaling prompts, you’ll learn how to cultivate a deeper connection with your inner wisdom and incorporate intuitive decision-making into your daily life.
 
By the end of this workshop, you’ll walk away with a newfound sense of trust in yourself and your intuition. You’ll have the tools and confidence to stop doubting yourself and embrace the guidance that your intuition offers on your journey to greater self-love and confidence.
