- Russell Sauls offers Chen Style Tai Chi and Level 2 Tai Chi each Monday starting at 6:45PM
- Join Meryl Kerns for Slow Burn Yoga each Tuesday at 9:30AM
- Jill Bartine leads Power Yoga on Saturdays at 9:00AM and Sundays at 4:00PM
- Jenna Bingham offers Vinyasa on Wednesday at 1:15PM and Hatha at 4:30PM on Thursdays
- Amberly Kelly welcomes new and experienced yogis to Yoga Basics each Wednesday at 9:30AM
- Laura Mansfield offers Vinyasa at 7:00PM each Wednesday
- Judson Nichols leads Mindful Yoga at 5:45PM on Thursdays
