5:45pm: Flowing Water Qigong with Tai Chi Walking, an 8-Week Series Beginning April 15th

10:30am: Uniquely You Yoga

4pm: Sunday Stretch & Release

  1. Hi! I am interested in getting my daughter a gift certificate. She is 8 weeks pregnant and very stressed with anxiety. The Saturday stretch and breathe look amazing!! Would this class be recommended for someone like her to try? Thank you!
