Emily is passionate about serving her community in meaningful ways and found her calling through social services work. Serving as an advocate, mentor, and counselor at multiple organizations, her life’s purpose was revealed. Intuitive and empathetic, she feels led to share her heart with others in the areas of mental health awareness, foster care, and addiction recovery.
Emily’s personal Yoga practice helped showcase a need to improve upon stress management, holistic wellness and mindfulness — both personally and collectively. Emily believes Yoga Teacher Training was a natural step in her Life Path and has helped encourage her Faith.
In her free time, Emily prioritizes green therapy enjoying outdoor activities. Emily is a creative dog mom who loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, live music, writing, and landscape photography.
