Get to know a little bit about Mary June Thompson and the Wellness Coaching services she offers:

Mary June coaches from a unique holistic perspective using the best of modern science and the traditional wisdom of Ayurveda to help clients achieve and maintain optimal health, longevity, reverse chronic conditions, and experience joy in life. Modern science is just now catching up to the 5,000+ year old wisdom of Ayurveda, proving what this time-honored, well tested system for maintaining health and longevity has already known to be true.

Working with the 3 Pillars of Health (Diet, Lifestyle, & Stress Reduction), she helps people identify and work through areas of improvement to find and maintain radiant good health on an individual basis. Examples of areas we can work on to achieve better health and wellness include:

Mary June is certified as a 3 Wisdom Traditions (Ayurveda, Psychology and Yoga) Wellness Coach and is also a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Mary June has been studying human health, physiology, nutrition, herbalism, yoga, and Ayurveda for over a decade.  She holds additional certifications in Ayurveda for Women’s Health; Yoga for Menopause; Ayurveda for Menopause; Ayurveda, Yoga, and Psychology for Grief; Yin Yoga; Restorative Yoga; and Yoga for Cancer. Her specialty is Women’s Health but she is excited to help anyone regardless of gender reclaim their health and learn how to optimize their lives for the better. 

Mary June is passionate, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and practices what she advises for others in her own daily life, incorporating many techniques from yogic and Ayurvedic philosophies as well as a highly nutritious diet, stress reduction, daily movement and gratitude practices, and more. She came up with her special, unique coaching program, Wellness for Women 35+, while seeking solutions to address her own challenges and struggles in midlife. As a result, she enjoys optimal wellness, has no chronic health conditions, and does not rely on any pharmaceuticals. 


What to expect: 

Upon scheduling, Mary June will send a detailed questionnaire for you to fill out. This will be the basis for her identification of your unique individual needs and areas of focus for action and improvement that will provide the basis for the client’s wellness plan.

During each coaching session, we will have a conversation about simple, actionable, and practical ways to support and assist yourself in meeting your goals and help you start to act on these recommendations. While we can accomplish some basic planning and actions from one coaching session, it is ideal to have multiple sessions regularly for a period of time for the client to receive the most support and greatest benefits from implementing new actions and routines over time. With multiple sessions, we can also better assess what works for the client and what does not as we go along, adjusting course as necessary along the way to finding meaningful, lasting change that supports and enlivens the client’s life with optimal health.

Individual Session: $150 (90 minutes)

Package of 3 Sessions: $375 (60-75 minutes each)

Package of 6 Sessions: $600 (60-75 minutes each)

We can also do coaching sessions over the phone or via FaceTime! Just request this when scheduling your first session.

Mary June also offers a very detailed, comprehensive written plan of recommended actions with specific instructions on how to address areas for improvement and how to work toward accomplishing your health goals that can be followed by the client at home. $250
