Living Well with Mary June: Wellness Coaching from an Ayurvedic Perspective

Living Well means cultivating health on all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. Everyone deserves to enjoy vitality and radiant good health, but that can often seem difficult if not impossible to achieve on your own.

Working with the 3 Pillars of Health (Diet, Lifestyle, & Stress Reduction), Mary June will devise a simple, actionable plan tailored specifically to your unique needs and help you improve your overall health as well as reach your goals.

How can this highly individualized coaching approach be useful? If you are experiencing chronic conditions; ongoing stress/stress intolerance; digestive issues; low energy/fatigue; burnout; sleep problems; a sense of overwhelm; anxiety/depression; brain fog; emotional overload such as grief; lack of sense of purpose; or any number of other issues, or if you would just like to gain the knowledge and tools to improve your overall health, an Ayurvedic approach can effectively achieve this and reduce or correct symptoms/imbalances.

Contact Mary June today to begin working together on a wellness path that is going to work for YOU.

Q: Why work with a wellness coach?

A: Wellness coaching from an East-West perspective focuses on multiple aspects of the individual’s unique mind-body-spirit-emotions-energy that we need in balance to constitute true and lasting health. Coaching provides you with tools and support tailored to meet your unique personal needs and help you achieve your wellness goals and find and maintain vibrant health.

Q: What is Ayurveda and how can it help me?

A: Ayurveda is a 5,000+year old wisdom tradition from India focused on achieving and maintaining vibrant health and well-being. Each person is evaluated for their individual nature and tendencies (Prakriti) and recommendations for specific simple, low or no cost actions and routines for achieving complete and lasting wellness are made based on each person’s Prakriti as well as habitual actions.
